This is a nutrition journal/blog about my nutrition goals, changes I have made or plan to make in my day to day nutrition, my progress regarding my nutrition goals, and maybe some little tid bits I learn in my class!
This blog is an assignment for my CHEM 214: Nutrition for Fitness class and I will write an update post every 10 days until it is due (and possibly longer)
